As I am trying to eat healthily I started eating carefully weighed out portions of granola.
There can be a lot of sugar in granola so I am being really careful with my portion size and mixing in a little dried fruit – mixed vine fruit with cranberries, apricots and pineapple to be exact.
However this isn’t always the most fun, so I’ve come up with a new mix: granola, dried fruit and a couple of jelly snakes/worms. I call it Eden Granola.
It makes for a pretty funky Friday.
