Food: Onken Fat Free Apricot wholegrain yogurt – Like a bad trip

It hasn’t occurred to me that wholemeal yogurt could be a thing, sourcing fibre from a yogurt rather implies your diet has some pretty fundamental issues.

But if people want to give me free weird stuff I’m going to eat it, which is why I had Onken Fat Free Apricot wholegrain yogurt for breakfast – a disturbingly chewy breakfast

Yogurt shouldn’t be chewy, it shouldn’t have hard bits in that could either be overly dried chunks of fruit or disturbing sounding “wholegrain bits”.

I ate it, it was ok but the flavour wasn’t great – really sweet and with no real fruit taste, the texture was unpleasant and inspired paranoia.

Yes, my breakfast made me paranoid, that isn’t a glowing endorsement.
